CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March, 2009.
Teri J. McPherson, 29, Presque Isle: OUI-one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three years’ license suspension and registration suspended. Jeremiah R. Michaud, 31, Caribou: criminal mischief, 30 days in jail.
Paul C. Morse, Jr., 40, Lewiston: burglary (14 counts), three years in prison, all but seven months suspended, two years’ probation and $7,854.37 restitution (first), six months in jail (each of 10 counts), and dismissed, (seventh, eighth and tenth); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (12 counts), six months in jail (each of 10 counts), dismissed (two counts); and operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, dismissed.
Tom R. Murray, 28, Presque Isle: probation conditions amended.
Glen D. Ouellette, 24, Fort Kent: criminal trespass, filed on $200 costs.
John J. Ouellette, 52, Saint Francis: operating after habitual offender revocation-three prior, dismissed; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $1,000 fine.
Sandra L. Parent, 49, Cyr Plantation: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Mathew A. Pelletier, 21, St. Francis: OUI, $500 fine.
Jasmine L. Pike, 21, Orono: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, filed on $500 costs.
Roderick T. Plourde, 34, Easton: motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine and 30-day license suspension; and failure to give correct name, address or DOB, $250 fine.
Christopher M. Saucier, 26, Portland: OUI, $800 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Mark J. Saucier, 23, Fort Kent: burglary (four counts), one year in prison (first and second) and three years in prison, all but one year suspended, two years’ probation and $1,890 restitution (third and fourth); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), one year in prison (first), three years in prison, all but one year suspended, two years’ probation and $1,890 restitution (second) and 90 days in jail (third).
Robert E. Schwartz, 27, Caribou: sexual abuse of minor, 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended and one year probation.
Pierrette C. Sirois, 64, Madawaska: failure to stop, remain, provide information, $500 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
Benjamin E. Small, 31, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, dismissed.
Hannah Marie Smith, 26, Madawaska: arson, dismissed.
Christina L. Spiers, 26, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail; and forgery, 50 hours’ community service.
Howard St. Pierre, 55, St. Agatha: violating protective order, filed on $100 costs.
Ryan T. Stevens, 26, Presque Isle: operating motorized bicycle without license, filed on $150 costs.
Kimberly J. Stewart, 27, Caribou: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, filed without costs.
Jerry A. Swimm, 38, Presque Isle: burglary and assault, both dismissed.
Bobby R. Tardif, 23, Frenchville: OUI-one prior, dismissed; and driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
John E. Taylor, 38, Washburn: assault, $300 fine, 60 days in jail, all suspended and one year probation.
Marguerite J. Theriault, 47, Madawaska: probation violation, 30 days in jail and probation partially revoked.
Guildo Thibodeau, 53, Van Buren: operating ATV under influence, over 21 and .08 percent, $500 fine.
Mark Thibodeau, 39, Van Buren: hindering apprehension or prosecution, obstructing criminal prosecution and violating condition of release, all dismissed.
Trevor D. Thibodeau, 25, Washburn: burglary, $600 fine, three years in prison, all but four months suspended, two years’ probation and $1,082 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four months in jail; and furnishing liquor to minor, $400 fine and four months in jail.
Terry D. Thompson, 44, Washburn: OUI, $800 fine.
Chad W. Tompkins, 38, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $500 costs.
Jeffrey Vaughn Tompkins, 47, Easton: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Jeffrey Trombley, 47, Woodland: OUI-one prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, one years’ probation, three year license suspension and registration suspended.
Anthony M. Vangel, 18, Mars Hill: burglary of motor vehicle, nine days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), nine days in jail (each); and forgery, nine days in jail.
Reighel Waugh, 20, Limestone: driving to endanger, filed on $50 costs.
Curtis T. Zetterman, 46, Caribou: forgery, dismissed.
