THE ADAMS FAMILY — Gary Adams and his sisters, Barbara and Brenda lived in Houlton when they were very young and attended local elementary schools before moving to Portland. Later Gary and his wife Carol moved back to Houlton and purchased the Northland Hotel with his late mother, Irene.  The Adams family now lives in Lewiston where they own the Ramada Inn and winter in Florida. Visiting Houlton with them were his sisters and other family members. From left, Don and Barbara Adams Libby from Brownfield, Ron and Brenda Adams Collins from Florida, Carol and Gary Adams and cousin Doreen Adams Earley and her husband Joe from Windham. While in Houlton during the Fourth of July they toured the Southern Aroostook Agricultural Museum in Littleton.
