Little Miss Caribou, Kyra Thibeault, recently had 10 inches of hair cut off by Lynn Jackson at Images in Caribou. Miss Thibeault, who visited the beauty shop for her ‘new do’ July 14, one day after being named second runner-up in the Little Miss Potato Blossom Pageant, will donate her severed strands of hair to the Locks of Love program, which uses real hair in making wigs for cancer patients. The Lister-Knowlton VFW Ladies Auxiliary sponsors the Little Miss Caribou Pageant each year to raise funds for cancer research and assisting cancer patients.
