PRESQUE ISLE — The public is invited to a special grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at The Aroostook Medical Center’s North Street Healthcare facility on Friday, Aug. 28. Attendees will be invited to tour the building, learn more about how the project impacts local health care and meet the providers and staff. Social time with refreshments will begin at 4 p.m., a brief ceremony will take place at 4:30 p.m. and tours will be offered beginning at 5 p.m.
Areas open to tour will include Aroostook Pediatrics, Family Practice and Internal Medicine, and Nephrology Services. Staff will be on hand to share information about the Walk-In Care and laboratory services offered at the facility.
