    Donald is an adult male black and white cat who came into Halfway Home Pet Rescue as a stray found in the Rose St., Caribou; believed to have been lost or dropped off. Donald has been vet checked, leukemia tested, all shots, toenails clipped and any parasites removed and had been previously neutered. Anyone who might have lost Donald, are asked to present an identifying photo and/or vet record available in order to claim him. Halfway Home Pet Rescue is currently preparing for a tag sale/adoption fair/bottle drive scheduled for Sept. 12 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 6 Pleasant St., Caribou .Items for the tag sale may be dropped off at the sale location and returnable bottles may be left at 88 Bennett Drive Redemption Center. The next distribution date of free pet food pantry will be held on Sept.3 or Sept.8, depending on how quickly donated items are able to be sorted. Thanks go to the compassionate people donating additional items to the pet food pantry, these items are badly needed and greatly appreciated. Currently needed is Purina Kitten Chow and bleach. For more information call 896-5650.
