The Caribou Parks and Recreation Department’s Outing Club presents a fall day hiking trip to Deboullie Public Reserve Land on Saturday, Oct. 24, with a rain date of Sunday, Oct. 25. The trip is open to participants ages 18-55 that are able to hike six miles over rough terrain and have the appropriate gear to participate. The fee is $20 per person, which includes transportation and entry fee into the North Maine Woods. Pre-registration is required. A required gear list is available at the recreation office, or can be e-mailed to those interested by calling 493-4224.
