BACK IN BUSINESS — Elm Tree North, owned by Gary Dwyer and operated by Nancy Manton, will hold its Grand Opening Thursday when the restaurant opens its doors on North Street. Elm Tree North is an offshoot of the Elm Tree Diner, which was destroyed by fire in September. The restaurant will open at 5:30 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. Sundays through Thursday and 9 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
