Mr. and Mrs. Jon Berry of Ashland were recent callers on her sister, Miss Wannetta Townsend.
On Wednesday, Sept. 16, Ms. Marie Gillotti and Miss Wannetta Townsend attended Senior Citizens at the Smoke Haulers Snow Club in Oakfield.     On Saturday, Sept. 26, Mrs. Gail Berry, Mrs. Angela McArdle and Emily of Ashland were dinner guests of her sister and their aunt and great-aunt, Miss Wannetta Townsend.
On Saturday, Oct. 3, there was a good turnout for a benefit supper and music for the University Church at the Oakfield Community Center.
Mrs. Myrna Sprague spent some time recently with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Price in Spring City, Pa.
Sidney and Matthew Crane of Hodgdon were recent guests of their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Eli Crane.
On Tuesday, Oct. 13, Mrs. Sandi Wyman, Mrs. Marie Gillotti, and Townsend along with other Purple Hat Ladies Society members had lunch at the Smoki Haulers Snow Club in Oakfield.
Toni Marie and Danny Gillotti of Hodgdon were holiday weekend guests of their grandparents and father, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Gillotti and Allen.
On Wednesday, Oct. 21, Mrs. Marie Gillotti and Miss Wannetta Townsend attended Senior Citizens at the Smoki Haulers Snow Club in Oakfield.
Curt Fanjoy and Lyle Mitchell of Meriden, Conn. were recent callers on their cousin, Miss Wannetta Townsend.
On Thursday, Oct. 1, Mrs. Marie Gillotti, along with the Oakfield Senior Citizens went on their fall trip. They went down through the Grindstone Woods, had lunch at Salan’s in Millinocket and then came back up through the 9-mile woods.
Some people in the area attended a retirement party for Ron Foley on Sunday, Oct. 18, at the Littleton Snow Club.
