PRESQUE ISLE — The meeting date and location of the next St. John Aroostook RC&D Council meeting has been changed to Wednesday, Dec. 9, 10 a.m.-noon at the United Methodist Church in Presque Isle.
The meeting will include a presentation on technical assistance in wind farm development, and preferred location characteristics.
