Presque Isle City Council Chair Jennifer Trombley looks on as Presque Isle’s City Clerk Nancy Nichols swears in the city’s newest councilor, Emily Smith. Smith was elected to fill a seat formerly held by Ed Nickerson, who passed away in March of this year.
