WWC to present
time management workshop April 13
Have your business ideas and passions put your schedule into overdrive? For creative entrepreneurs, it is a fine line between being fulfilled and being overwhelmed. In this workshop, we will focus on identifying and coping with stress, prioritizing your projects according to your values and managing your time more effectively for yourself, your art and your business.
The workshop will be held at the Houlton Higher Education Center on Tuesday, April 13, from 10 a.m.. to noon and in Presque Isle at Northern Maine Community College on Friday, May 7, from 10 a.m. to noon. The class is open to women, men, couples and entrepreneurs from all walks of life who want to bring their businesses and their lives into better balance.
Erica Quin-Easter, microenterprise coordinator for Women, Work, and Community in Aroostook County and the trainer for the class, noted that “Entrepreneurs and creative people often function in overdrive. This workshop will give you time to reflect on what matters most to you and your business, take control of your to-do list and organize your business for sanity and success.”
Pre-registration is required, and there is no fee for the workshop. For more information or to register for the class closest to you, contact Erica Quin-Easter at 764-0050 or erica.quineaster@maine.edu.
