PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of February, 2010.
Jariel J. Adler, 30, Coral Springs, Fla.: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, filed on $200 costs.
Travis J. Akerson, 28, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $150 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Lucy M. Allen, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Larry Arnold, 50, Sidney: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Andrew D. Ashton, 20, Fort Fairfield: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
Joshua H. Barnes, 20, Fort Fairfield: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, dismissed; possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Curtis T. Beane, 39, Gilford, N.H.: failure to stop snowmobile upon entering public way, $100 fine.
Katherine E. Bowring, 21, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, dismissed.
Gerry E. Braley, 41, Waterville: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
James F. Campbell, 42, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, dismissed; violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Charles A. Delong, 45, Westfield: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
Timothy W. Devoe, 48, Houlton: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Carlin A. Dubay, 19, Connor Twp.:operating vehicle without license, condition/restriction, $200 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Justin Dumond, 20, Fort Kent: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
Loren J. Erlandson, 48, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Wade Travis Faye, 34, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Margo S. Ferrier, 20, Fort Fairfield: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension and 40 hours’ community service.
Andrew G. Fitzpatrick, 34, Presque Isle: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Gregory Gibson, 58, Easton: fugitive from justice, extradiction waived.
Hafford Logging, Sheridan: disposal of slashing along highway, $750 fine and $165 restitution.
Christine Hart, 25, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
Darcy E. Henderson, 27, Amity: assault, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditon of release, six months in jail (each).
Daniel M. Higgins, 35, Masardis: assault, $1,000 fine and disorderly conduct, $300 fine.
Tamara L. Jarvis, 42, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, filed on $100 costs.
Alison J. Michaud, 35, Presque Isle: failure to pay parking ticket, $125 fine.
Michael B. Michaud, 53, Eagle Lake: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.
Bobbie J. Nichols, 31, Easton: failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Vicki L. Perkins, 42, Presque Isle: assault (two counts), dismissed (both); violating condition of release (two counts), $300 fine (first), dismissed (second).
Kevin M. Preneta, 46, Milford, N.H.: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
Anthony Rutherford, 52, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault, filed on $300 costs.
Jamie F. Seeley, 31, Mapleton: cutting Christmas trees or boughs without permission, $250 fine and $933.45 restitution.
Neil St. Amant, 36, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 10 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 60 days in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Kathi R. Sylvia, 47, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Marshall F. Wakefield, 26, Burlington: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
