Students attending Katahdin Elementary School 21st Century After School Program learned many aspects about the Penobscot tribe. Dana Barry former Penobscot Nation Chief showed the students how to make robe from bark, how to build a shelter from all natural resources and how to build a fire with no matches. The students were very engaged in all of the activities and had a great deal of fun while learning.
