“This tournament will bring many people to Houlton to shop, eat and stay,” said Tournament Director Eric Cowperthwaite. “The Little League board is going to need everyone in Houlton and the surrounding community to help in order to successfully host this tournament and make it enjoyable for all the players and the fans that will come to watch.”
Last year in Holbrook, some of the games were nail-biters, even people who didn’t have a child playing on the team came to watch great baseball, added Cowperthwaite.
