Houlton High School alumni events on tap

New events have been added to the schedule for Reunion 2010 – the Houlton High School Alumni Association’s Multi-Class Reunion scheduled for July 4-10.
An Alumni Soccer game is being planned for Wednesday, July 7 at 6:30 p.m. Former high school players are encouraged to participate and the public is invited to attend and cheer the athletes on. The game will be held at the high school field.
Tours of the school will also be provided during the week. Tours will be offered on two days to give those visiting the area a chance to go back and see the changes at the school where they walked the halls as teenagers. The newly renovated auditorium is expected to be a highlight. People will also be interested to see how some of the classrooms have changed over the years.  The tours will be offered Tuesday, July 6 from 10 a.m. to noon and Thursday, July 8 from 10 a.m. to noon.

The next planning meeting for the reunion is scheduled for Thursday, May 6 at 7 p.m. at the high school.  All interested in being involved in the celebration are welcome to attend.
