The United Baptist Church in Littleton was the scene of the eighth annual “Blessing of the Bikes” hosted by Pastor Steve Straubel and members of the church.

SILENCE – A moment of silence as Pastor Straubel offers his blessing of the bikes at the Littleton Baptist Church.
More than 170 bikes were parked in the church yard with a crowd of 250 people gathering inside for a reception and a program.
The service in memory of the late Dathan Mills, who passed away in 2001, drew bikers from various parts of Maine with 12 organizations represented.
A pastor from New Jersey who was home visiting family in the area was so impressed with the program that he is interested in introducing it to his own church, said organizers.
