Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Watson are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Watson, to Scott Hargis, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Hargis of Evington, VA. 
Katie is employed as a property manager by Langley Properties. Scott is employed as a professional fire fighter with the Lynchburg Fire Department and is also a new business owner.
An August wedding is planned at the County Road Baptist Church in New Limerick, Maine.
