ROTARY INTERNATIONAL District 7810 Governor John Carkner presented banners and pins from Rhode Island President Ray Klinginsmith’s theme for 2011, “Building Communities, Bridging Continents.” He went on to note that the theme is consistent with Fort Fairfield Rotary Club’s district in that its goals are growth in three areas: membership, foundation funds and public relations.
