    BANGOR – Helen A. Crane, 65, of Dyer Brook, died Sept. 29, 2010 in Bangor. She was born Dec. 10, 1944 in Island Falls, the daughter of  Henry and Alice (Louise) (Young) Townsend.
    She was a member of the Dyer Brook Community Church and was a very devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Eli Crane of Dyer Brook; three children, Trevor Crane of Portland, Celeste and her husband, David Perrin of Virginia Beach, Va. and Darrin and his wife, Michelle Crane of Hodgdon; four grandchildren Caleb, Noah, Sidney and Matthew. She was predeased by her parents, one daughter, Shelly Lynn, and one brother, Richard.
    Friends called 12-2 p.m. Sat. at the Bethel Pentecostal Church, Oakfield with funeral services held at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Andy Harthorne and David Fox officiating. Interment was in the Dyer Brook Cemetery.
