MARS HILL – Rowena M. Graham, 90, wife of the late Harold Graham, died Tuesday, October 5, 2010, in her home, with her family by her side.
She was born February 13, 1920, in Easton, the daughter of George and Emma (Broad) Patterson. Rowena had a very rewarding and fulfilling life. She attended Mars Hill High School and worked as a CNA at the Mars Hill Nursing Home. During her years as a CNA, she also helped her husband around the farm for 30 years. On their return back to Mars Hill, they bought and remodeled a home which had been the home of her husband, Harold in his younger childhood.
