    PRESQUE ISLE — The Mark & Emily Turner Memorial Library will be the place to be Wednesday, Oct. 13, for anyone interested in sharing input on broadband access.

    The Maine ConnectME Authority is conducting a comprehensive study about broadband access and Internet usage throughout the state. Organizers want to hear from the public about these and other topics.
    Some of the questions that will be posed at the meeting include:
• Do you use the Internet? Why or why not;
• Do you want or could you use faster Internet service; and
• Do you use the Internet for home or business.
    Public opinions are being sought to provide state officials with a better understanding of what’s important to individuals who use the Internet, as the state plans for bringing high-speed Internet service to northern Maine. All are welcome to join in this discussion, which will be held from 12-1 p.m.
     Light refreshments will be served.
       For more information, contact the library at 764-2571 or visit www.maine.gov/connectme.
