    Arnold L. Garson, 73, Bangor: violating fishing rule, $100 fine.
    Alan M. Gillotti, Jr., 24, Oakfield: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
    Michael R. Godfrin, 20, Orient: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Benjamin Graham, 52, Pembroke: rule violation, operation 11-hour rule, $250 fine.
    Joshua Gray, 26, Linneus: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
    Rachel M. Gray, 25, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Timothy J. Hannan, 30, Monticello: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 110 days in jail and 90-day license suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 110 days in jail; and failing to appear after bailed, 110 days in jail.
    Cindy M. Hannigan, 40, Littleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery, filed without costs (each).
    Clayton Harbeck, 25, McKinney, Texas: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
    Nancy L. Hardy, 31, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
    Samuel Harris, 23, Washburn: permitting unlawful use, $150 fine.
    Hilltop Contractors Ltd., Florenceville, N.B.: rule violation, other, $250 fine.
    Colleen C. Hoxie, 32, Houlton: permitting unlawful use, $165 fine.
    Scott Ilsley, 46, Houlton: criminal mischief, $100 fine and $847.81 restitution.
    Bradley M. Kienia, 51, Lebanon: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension and carrying passenger on ATV without headgear, dismissed.
    Renae Landry, 21, Hodgdon: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine and 12 hours in jail.
    Jessica M. Lee, 24, Danforth: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
    Cheryl L. Lindsay, 39, Houlton: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Michelle Lindsay, 22, Houlton: permitting unlawful use, $150 fine.
    Little Rock Trucking Ltd., Richmond Corner, N.B.: rule violation, other, $250 fine.
    Brittany Long, 21, Houlton: OUI, one prior, (two counts), $700 fine, six months in jail, all but 35 days suspended, one-year probation, three days’ license and registration suspension (first), $700 fine, seven days in jail, three days’ license and registration suspended (second); violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (each); operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $250 fine (first), dismissed (second); criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail and $655.50 restitution; assault (two counts), dismissed (first), $300 fine (second); and criminal trespass, dismissed.
    Jamie D. Long, 18, East Millinocket: littering, $200 fine.
    Nicholas C. Lorom, 26, Houlton: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.
    James F. Lupella, 29, Algonquin, Ill.: failing to register vehicle, filed on $200 costs.
    Ronald Lycette, 50, Amity: harvest operator failing to pay within 45 days, not adjudged.
    Charles E. Mayfield: 34, Halifax, N.S.: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
    Joshua M. Maynard, 28, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, $350 fine and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
    Sarah McAvoy, 37, Sherman: allowing minor to operate ATV in violation, $100 fine.
    Miranda McClure, 26, New Limerick: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 72 hours in jail (each).
    Brian J. McDonough, 47, Dedham, Mass.: allowing minor to operate ATV in violation, $100 fine.
    Brian McEwen, 19, Linneus: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
    Lucas D. McMannus, 31, Oakfield: assault, $300 fine and seven days in jail.
