W ashburn Boy Scout Troop 177’s senior patrol leader salutes as members of the troop place a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington Cemetery. The Boy Scout saluting was Curtis Thompson, Troop 177’s SPL. The Scouts at the tomb were Brandon Cropley, Taylor Skinner, Tyler Jardine and Parker Thompson, standing with an unidentified guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The wreath was made in Washburn and transported to Arlington for the ceremony during the Scouts’ annual trip to take part in the National Jamboree.
