PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of September 2010.
Warner C. Robbins, 41, Easton: engaging in recycling without license, $250 fine.
Johnny Osiel Lara Rodriguez, 26, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and operating vehicle without license, 48 hours in jail.
Pamela Sam, 42, Caribou: theft of services, $200 fine and $18 restitution.
Erin D. Scully, 19, Blaine: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Ashley Bishop Shell, 23, Ballston, N.Y.: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Mathew A. Skidgel, 22, Caribou: criminal trespass, $150 fine and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Edward G. Smith, 74, Huntington, Conn.: violation of rule fish, $120 fine.
Leslie Smith, Jr., 23, Easton: unlawfully permitting operation of ATV, 20 hours’ community service.
Roberta Sparks, 33, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.
Dustin C. Sutton, 23, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail.
Edward E. Teal, 59, San Antonio, Texas: rule violation, duty status not current, $250 fine.
Edwin Danks Weiland, 33, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Jay D. Whitmore, 18, Ashland: criminal trespass, $150 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine; and minor possessing liquor, $300 fine.
Joshua Willette, 22, Presque Isle: harassment, $300 fine.
Jennie L. Worster, 28, Fort Fairfield: using counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker, $250 fine.
Daniel C. York, 23, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and criminal mischief, $250 fine.
Mark York, 46, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Mark J. Zagranis, 35, Presque Isle: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
