    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of August.
    Robert Bartlett, 60, Bradley: unlawful sexual contact (two counts), five years in prison (each); and gross sexual assault, 20 years in prison, all but eight years suspended and six years’ probation.
    Matthew Hathaway, 24, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 45 days in jail; aggravated assault, three years in prison, all but 45 days suspended, three years’ probation and $673.09 restitution; and robbery, dismissed.
    Ronald Lewis, 40, Littleton: assault, six months in jail; terrorizing, dismissed; and aggravated assault, one year in prison.
    Joseph P. Long II, 20, Island Falls: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Laura C. McDonald, 24, Island Falls: criminal threatening, 14 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail, all suspended, and $30 restitution (each).
    Rachel J. Murphy, 28, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (two counts), $25 fine, $25 suspended and unconditional discharge (first) and unconditional discharge (second).
    Andrew J. Parsons, 28, Bangor: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Nicholas J. Perry, 45, Hodgdon: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed; violating condition of release, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; and criminal attempt, 364 days in jail, all suspended, one year  probation.
    Jamison M. Rocheleau, 37, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine and 60 days in jail (each).
    Travis W. Sirois, 41, Houlton: furnishing liquor to a minor and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 30 days in jail (each).
    Kayla M. Spiers, 19, Patten: aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed.
    Jasper Wilcox, 81, Houlton: driving to endanger, $575 fine.
