A representative of the County Physical Therapy Boot Camp class made a unique donation to the Sister Mary O’Donnell Homeless Shelter last week. Boot Camp is a traditional and non-traditional exercise program offered at County Physical Therapy. Shawn Berube, right, one of the Boot Camp exercise program instructors, came up with the idea to donate a percentage of the Boot Camp tuition toward the shelter. His compassionate thoughts spread throughout CPT as other staff members also contributed funds. The donation was presented to Lisa Marie LaFramboise, left, last week. LaFramboise told Berube last week that “we appreciate the donation from the Boot Camp Exercise Program; this money will likely go toward co-pays for medications and transportation expenses for those who are staying at the shelter during Christmas. It came at the right time.”
