Troy Blier, 23, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $650 fine.
Chad Brescia, 35, Caribou: unlawfully permitting operation of ATV (two counts), $100 fine (each).
Michael W. Bull, 56, Washburn: violating condition of release, $250 fine and five days in jail.
Jessica L. Carleton, 25, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Bryan F. Coolidge, 21, Caribou: criminal mischief, $250 fine and $100 restitution.
Jason Corey, 26, Connor Twp.: operating while license suspended or revoked, $200 fine.
Colter Cross, 23, Caribou: failing to stop for officer, 48 hours in jail; motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Joseph M. Dalessandris, 43, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine.
Alycia Delisle-Guzman, 21, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine.
Josiah Devoe, 34, Waterville: negotiating a worthless instrument, $200 fine.
Shawn D. Ellis, 49, Limestone: unlawfully permitting operation of ATV, $100 fine.
Vernon Farmer, 73, Westfield: rule violation, duty status not current, $350 fine.
Cassondra Filomena, 24, Caribou: criminal invasion of computer privacy, filed without cost.
Justin Fisher, 30, New Sweden: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; and failing to give correct name, address or date of birth, $500 fine and three days in jail.
Adam J. Fitzherbert, 46, Surry: operating watercraft to molest animal or bird, $100 fine.
Shannon D. Forand, 34, Wade: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Michael Fraser, 19, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Norris R. Frost, 27, Caribou: violating condition of release, $350 fine.
Wayne A. Gendreau, 41, Caribou: burglary of a motor vehicle, $350 fine.
Lawrence J. Hammond, Jr., 44, Frenchville: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
Johnny P. Hicks, 32, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Christian A. Horan-Daniels, 22, Caribou: trafficking in dangerous knives, $250 fine.
Nicholas W. James, 19, Caribou: theft by receiving stolen property, filed on $250 costs.
Terry Jandreau, 49, Caribou: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension and 40 hours’ community service.
Erika Johanson, 28, Presque Isle: harassment by telephone, 30 hours’ community service.
Scott S. Landeen, 29, New Sweden: OUI, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but seven days suspended, three years’ license suspension; and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine.
Michael Latronica, Jr., 33, Washburn: unlawfully permitting operation of ATV, $200 fine.
Jason Levesque, 18, Caribou: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Daniel S. McBreairty, 19, Woodland: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, $250 fine.
Joshua Nichols, 20, Fort Fairfield: ATV noise and fire control violation, $100 fine.
Sara Ouellette, 18, Caribou: criminal mischief, $150 fine, $442.57 restitution and 26 hours’ community service.
Sherline Paradis, 74, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
Frank A. Patane, III, 25, Connor Twp.: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Robert J. Pelletier, 18, Limestone: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Christopher Prest, 18, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Darrell Rouse, 62, Caribou: OUI, two priors, permanent transfer.
Ursula Salch, 23, Caribou: domestic violence assault, $300 fine and two days in jail; OUI (two counts), $500 fine, two days in jail and 90-day license suspension (first), $500 fine, four days in jail and 90-day license suspension (second); unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release, four days in jail (each).
James Shade, 32, Limestone: assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; criminal restraint, 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Eva Smith, 19, Limestone: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $250 fine.
Christopher K. Stairs, 20, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
