    ROYAL OAK, MI – Nancy Ann Taylor Herrick, age 72, a 1-1/2 year resident of Troy, MI, formerly a longtime resident of Royal Oak, MI, died December 30, 2010 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. She was born February 12, 1938 in Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada.
    Mrs. Herrick retired from William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak in 1984, where she worked in the Diagnostic Radiology Department. She loved her grandchildren.
    She is survived by her children, Shari L. (Kenneth) Thomas and Richard Taylor; siblings, Sharon L. Chase, Jack R. (Anne) Taylor and Susan P. (Robert) Welch; granddaughters, Amy E. and Haley A. Thomas; aunt, Mary MacMullin; nieces and nephews, Christopher, Michael and Peter Chase, Jay Welch, Patrick, Russell and Terri Ann Taylor, and Katie Welch. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard E. Herrick, on May 16, 2004; and parents, Russell and Verna Taylor.
