COLUMBIA FALLS – Ellen May Berry, 72, passed way peacefully at her residence. She was born March 7, 1938, in Machiasport, the daughter of the late Andrew and Olive (Cummings) Morang.

Ellen attended local schools and was married to Wilk Pottle who died in 2007, and to Fred Berry. She worked for several years at the clam factory in Machiasport. She enjoyed crocheting and attended the Beals Wesleyan Church.

She is survived by two daughters: Stacey Ginn and her husband, Joseph of Blaine, and Jeanette Smith and husband, Peter of Ellsworth; one brother, Leroy Morang and his wife, Sharon of Albuquerque, NM; three sisters: Elizabeth Kilton of Ellsworth Falls, Edith Sinclair or Waco, TX, and Brenda Froust of Deluth, Minn; and two grandchildren: Colby Corbert Flagg of Stueben, and Annie Marie Moody of Baileyville.
