Fraternity plans benefit concert

for local man

PRESQUE ISLE — The University of Maine at Presque Isle’s Kappa Delta Phi National Fraternity will host a benefit concert on Friday, Jan. 14, to benefit Louie Doucette, a local man who has been diagnosed with cancer.

This event will be held in the Campus Center multi-purpose rooms. The doors will open at 6:30 p.m., with the show beginning at 7 p.m. Admission is set at $5. Presque Isle bands Sub-Rosa, Afterbirth of Autumn and Crunk Witch will be joined by Bangor bands We are the Vulture and Beach the Whale for this concert.
