CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in District Court in Caribou during the month of November.
Kenneth Adams, Sr., 52, Caribou: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $100 fine; operation of defective vehicle and attaching false plates, $50 fine (each); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Philip Adams, 34, Limestone: operating unregistered ATV, $250 fine.
Stephanie Bennett, 21, Caribou: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $250 fine and five days in jail.
Christopher L. Bragg, 28, Castle Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 50 hours’ community service; and attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail.
Cheryl Daigle, 38, New Canada: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior; violating condition of release; and failing to register vehicle; dismissed (each).
Jessica Dubois, 29, Limestone: keeping unlicensed dog and allowing dog to be at-large, $75 fine (each).
Nicole L. Green, 28, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.
Benjamin F. Gregory, 26, Caribou: failing to operate ATV at prudent speed, $300 fine.
Matthew A. Griffeth, 33, Limestone: operating under the influence-no test, $800 fine.
Christine Hart, 26, Caribou: harassment, 10 days in jail; terrorizing, $500 fine and 10 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Taylor R. Hodsdon, 19, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and 72 hours in jail; and violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.
Jonathan L. Holabird, 24, Caribou: failing to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, dismissed.
Raymond C. Hyde, 49, Margate, Fla.: rule violation, duty status not current, $252.17 fine.
John King, 32, Limestone: OUI, one prior, 120 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year’s probation and three years’ license suspension; and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $200 fine.
Kimberly Landry, 34, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
David A. LaPlante, 28, Woodland: negotiating a worthless instrument, $100 fine and $401.01 restitution.
Tanya Maclean, 34, Fort Kent: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
