HPD Corner

Worth Repeating
    A few weeks ago I had placed a reminder in the HPD Corner about plowing snow across or into the roadway. I believe this bears repeating as people are complaining about the amount of snow that is left in the roadway by those people plowing snow, and not cleaning up after themselves.
    Title 29A-2396-4  A person may not place and allow to remain on a public way snow or slush that has not accumulated there naturally.
