Marvin and Cindy Collier of Oakfield are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Collier, to Corey Shields, son of Dennis and Pam Shields of Smyrna Mills.
Chelsea was recently accepted to Ashford University where she will finish her Bachelor’s degree in health care studies with a minor in speech-language therapy.
Corey is a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army, stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado. He is part of the 2-77 FA, 4th IBCT, 4th Infantry Division and has served two tours in Afghanistan. Both Corey and Chelsea are graduates of Southern Aroostook Community School. A July 2011 wedding is planned in Maine.
