Joseph O. McDougal, 44, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoke, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
Amanda Mott, 21, Bridgewater: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
Andreanna M. Munson, 24, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $19.99 restitution; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Dustin Murphy Moran, 18, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $700 fine.
April L.K. Neher, 24, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
David C. Obrien, 22, Chicago, Ill.: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
James E. Paholsky, 31, East Hampton, Conn.: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine and operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
Chrissy F. Paul, 26, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed.
Scott M. Pelkey, 28, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault (two counts), $300 fine and 39 days in jail (first), and $300 fine, 90 days in jail, all but 39 suspended and two years’ probation (second); obstructing report of crime and violating condition of release, 39 days in jail (each).
Christine Phillips, 25, Mapleton: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $150 fine.
Vaughn J. Plourde, 46, Eagle Lake: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
Alton Robbins, 23, Bangor: hunting birds with shotgun, more than three shells, $100 fine.
Daniel S. Rockhold, 22, Van Buren: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 90 days in jail, all but 15 days suspended and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 15 days in jail.
Elizabeth P. Saucier, 23, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Matthew Shaw, 19, Mars Hill: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
Denis J. Simard, 46, Presque Isle: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.
Christina L. Spiers, 28, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
John J. Stetson, 74, Cyr Plantation: operating vehicle without license-cond/restriction, $150 fine.
David J. Theriault, 28, Presque Isle: domestic violence terrorizing, 30 days in jail; domestic violence assault, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (first) and 15 days in jail (second).
Gail Tiberio, 57, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed without costs.
Kenneth J. Tracy, 29, Presque Isle: violating protective order, $250 fine.
Wayne A. Trotter, 49, Fort Fairfield: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, 120 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year probation, three years’ license and registration suspension; refusing to sign uniform summons complaint, dismissed; and operating vehicle without license-cond/restriction, 48 hours in jail.
Jason Tucker, 32, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service; failure to register vehicle, $100 fine; and violating condition of release, $300 fine.
Randy L. Willard, Jr., 27, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine; and criminal mischief, $300 fine and $275 restitution.
Eli Williams, 19, Bradley: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
Joshua Wortman, 19, Fort Fairfield: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
Robert J. Wright, Jr., 21, Easton: violating condition of release, seven days in jail; and operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension.
Shelby L. York, 19, Fort Fairfield: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
