How can I make a difference?

The first one, “Look for the best in others” means that instead of always looking for ways not to like someone, look for something that I can like about them. The second one, “Dare to Dream, Set Goals” means to have plans for the future, and know what I want. The third one, “Choose positive influences” means look for something that will help me improve on what I want to do, and not do the opposite like, “hurting someone”. Instead I could be kinder. The fourth one, “Kind words and actions” means to be nice to everyone and use kind words that might make someone feel better about themselves. The last one, number five, “Start a chain reaction with family and friends,” means start being friendly to someone and if you are kind enough to them, they will be friendlier to someone else, and it could start a chain reaction. The one I would have to choose is number four, “Kind words and actions.” I picked this one because if I do this then I could change and have a better personality, people would like me more, and be kind back to me, and everybody would get along better.

I will accept number one with, “Looking for the best in others” instead of judging people by what they look like. I will get to know people better instead of judging people because I don’t know what they have been through or what they are like.

If I practice using this challenge, I can get to know more people, and have more friends and also get to know what other people are going through. If I do this then people might feel better about themselves, because they get to know the other person, too! If I do this, I can eliminate prejudice from my mind and think of everyone as the same.

If everybody does this challenge, we can all be equal but have different talents. Everybody could get along better, because no one would think they are the best. Even if nobody is the same skin color, or different culture, everyone has their own gifts. Everybody should be treated equally even though they have something different then the rest.

I have talked about Rachel’s challenges, and what she would like everyone to try to do if they want to take a challenge. If everybody tries, then it would carry on like a “Chain Reaction” and everybody would have a better life. Nobody would feel like they don’t belong. There would be less fighting, and if that happens, almost everyone would get along.
