I have three sparks. One is music. Music is one of the best things in the world because no matter how you feel it always makes a spark. My other spark is my friends. Some people say that you can’t keep friends forever but I think they’re wrong because I have a friend. Even when we get mad at each other, we always go right back to as close as sisters. Then my other spark is the one person who has always been there when I needed him … my dad. My dad is the one person who has and always, up until the day he dies, will be there for me whenever I need him.
Well, music is my spark because it just … well something that you can’t really explain. My friends are my spark because they are really nice people and we hang out a lot. My dad is my spark because he is the best person in my life and he isn’t just my spark, he is also my hero because he survived a heart attack when he was only 37. All three of those things are my spark because they keep me going and I don’t think I could live without them.
For all three of my sparks, I never really thought about it before but my dad has always been my spark. For music, probably ever since I knew what music was. For my friends, ever since I met them, which was 5 years ago.
I find time to spend time with my dad when I go down to Vermont to see him because my parents got a divorce. I find time to spend with my friends almost every day at school. I always have time for music.
My sparks mean a lot to me because even in tough times they’ve always been there for me and they always will be … hopefully, just kidding!
