EDIBLE ART — The owner of Sugar Moon farm in Divide, New Brunswick showed Barbara Bonville how to make taffy from maple syrup.
The name of the farm was Sugar Moon. They enjoyed a buffet lunch, a tour of the farm and made taffy out of maple syrup. They took a bus from Easton and there were 29 that went on the trip. Dellas Adams drove the bus.

Sympathy
Our deepest sympathy goes out to the family of Sandra Boxwell who passed away after a long battle with cancer. She will truly be missed and our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Sympathy also goes out to the family of Everett Cronkite who passed away a few weeks ago. Everett will surely be missed in this town. Everett worked for the town for many years before retiring. He could always be seen with a grin on his face ready to help whoever he could.
The family of Everett will be in our thoughts and prayers.
We were so sorry to hear of the passing of Gail Lint. Gail is the daughter of Helen Lint and the late Edward Lint formerly of Easton. She will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Lint family.

EPCO needs your pennies
The Easton Parent Community Organization is once again collecting pennies for their annual Penny March. If you would like to contribute to this worthy cause please send in your pennies, checks, bills and whatever donation you would like to with your child or bring it into the office of the elementary school. They would greatly appreciate it.
Those coins that come in rolled will be given bonus credit. The totals can be seen on the wall leading into the cafeteria.
The EPCO will be donating the money towards a new curtain for the Easton Elementary School gym. The money brought in is counted and they divide the class totals by the number of kids — so that the per- student amount is what they go by for the winner. Thank you very much for your help.
