Alma Leonard Allison, 30, Kirksville, Mo.: arson, dismissed.
Dwayne D. Anderson, 49, Houlton: probation violation, 14 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Ezra J. Brady, 19, Bridgewater: indecent conduct, $275 fine.
William S. Carpenter, 48, Linneus: operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, $1,000 fine and two years in prison: operating under the influence, three-plus priors, $2,100 fine, two years in prison and six years’ license and registration suspension; and failing to stop, remain, provide information, 30 days in jail.
Dustin G. Cullins, 23, Monticello: probation violation, seven months in jail and probation revoked.
Timothy W. Devoe, 49, Houlton: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, 18 months in prison and probation revoked; and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, two years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation.
Cory Farwell, 19, Houlton: criminal trespass and criminal mischief, dismissed (each).
Justin P. Flewelling, 29, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, permanent transfer.
Denise Hitchcock, 50, Smyrna Mills: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
David W. Landry, 60, Hodgdon: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; and aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, six years in prison, all but two years suspended and three years’ probation.
Joshua R. Lee, 23, Presque Isle: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Ralph D. Levesque, Jr., 23, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail (each).
Jason Lord, 35, Sherman: failing to stop, provide information and driving to endanger, dismissed (each); OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and six years’ license and registration suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail; illegal possession of firearm, $1,000 fine; and violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
George Mazzacco, 18, Hodgdon: operating vehicle without license and attaching false plates, $100 fine (each); and unlawful possession of schedule drug, $400 fine.
Patrick J. McAfee, 32, Bangor: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Francis A. Murray, III, 36, Bridgewater: operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, $1,000 fine and nine months, one day in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Andrew J. Parsons, 28, Bangor: probation violation, 18 months in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Carol A. Polchies, 49, Houlton: probation violation, 10 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Sasha M. Pullen, 24, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (four counts), three years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation (first), 60 days in jail (second, third and fourth); and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Ashley Quint, 24, Linneus: probation violation, 90 days in jail and probation revoked; stealing drugs (two counts), $400 fine and 120 days in jail (first), and $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 120 days suspended and two years’ probation (second); unlawful possession of oxycodone, 120 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.
Gerald T. Riopel, 50, Medford, N.Y.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $2,000 fine; and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
Patrick S. Rooney, 22, Saunderstown, R.I.: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Timothy J. Sanderson, 29, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; and violating condition of release, unconditional discharge.
Ian Small, 19, Houlton: criminal trespass and criminal mischief, dismissed (each).
Chris P.
