CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in District Court in Caribou during the month of February.
Travis J. Bossie, 20, Fort Kent: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
Vicky K. Carlson, 40, Perham: domestic violence assault, not guilty.
Roy E. Cloney, Jr., 43, Caribou: criminal trespass and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each); and domestic violence terrorizing, $500 fine and 45 days in jail.
Chelsea Clowes, 22, Stockholm: operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 120 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year probation and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Rolland R. Cyr, 54, Caribou: violating condition of release, $100 fine; and permitting unlawful use, $400 fine.
Demetric C. Flemings, 19, Limestone: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Jesse Green, 29, Caribou: domestic violence assault, $300 fine and six months in jail; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail; obstructing report of crime, three months in jail; and probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked.
Joshua L. Greenier, 26, Caribou: allowing dog to be at-large, $100 fine; and keeping unlicensed dog, $50 fine.
Matthew B. Guzman, 19, Caribou: criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail; domestic violence assault, $300 fine, six months in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, two years’ probation and $56 restitution; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Wayne R. Haas, 38, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
Johnny P. Hicks, 33, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Nancy McBreairty, 42, Limestone: false public alarm or report, 48 hours in jail.
Janet McDougal, 61, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed.
Shelby Michaud, 19, Caribou: domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Renee Pelletier, 21, Caribou: obstructing report of crime, $200 fine.
Robert J. Pelletier, 18, Limestone: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
John Picard, 41, St. Agatha: night hunting, filed on $750 costs.
Wayne St. Peter, 38, Connor Twp.: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
William J. Sullivan, 48, Caribou: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Jon E. Sund, 53, Stockholm: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.
David W. Thibodeau, 60, Washburn: operating while license suspended or revoke, $250 fine; and failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Kenny J. Whitmore, 30, Caribou: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.
Dana R. Wilson, 28, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.
Joseph Zetterman, 23, Madawaska: failing to operate ATV at prudent speed, $350 fine; driving to endanger, dismissed; and operating ATV on public way, filed on $350 costs.
