Three new queens named in Mars Hill

The Pre-Teen, Junior and Teen Miss Mars Hill Pageant was held on Saturday, April 9, at the Community Center. Following the opening routine, the girls competed in casual wear, talent and evening wear.

2011 Pre-Teen Miss Mars Hill

Chloe Wheeler
sang “Old Time Rock ‘n Roll” in the talent portion of the 2011 Miss Pre-Teen Pageant on Saturday, April 9.
Chloe was crowned the 2011 Miss Pre-Teen Mars Hill.
Chloe Wheeler, daughter of Mitch and Alli Wheeler, was the first contestant for the Pre-Teen contest.
She sang and danced to “Old Time Rock ‘n Roll” for her talent.
Escorted by her dad, Mitch, Chloe was crowned Miss Pre Teen Mars Hill 2011.
Taia Tilley

was named the second runner-up in the
2011 Miss Pre-Teen Pageant on Saturday, April 9.
Hunter sang “Our Song” for her talent.

The daughter of Budd and Amy Nicholson.
Hunter was named the Pre-Teen second runner-up.
Hunter was escorted by Keegan Cogswell.
Lillie Mahan
played “You’ve Found a Friend” from “Toy Story” as her talent in the
2011 Miss Pre-Teen Pageant on Saturday, April 9.
Lillie was named the first runner-up.
Lillie Mahan is the daughter of Stacey and Jennifer Mahan.
She played “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” from “Toy Story” as her talent.
Lillie was named the Pre-Teen first runner-up and was awarded the prize for High Ticket Sales.
Lillie’s escort for the evening was her father, Stacey.
Natasha Klinger

The Junior Mars Hill Pageant began with Natasha Klinger,
who danced to a mix of hip-hop music as her talent.
Natasha is the daughter of Janeil Klinger and Tyler Kinney.

Elizabeth Gillen

Elizabeth was named the first runner-up.

2011 Junior Miss Mars Hill Pageant on April 9.
Courtney Milliard is the daughter of Steve and Tracey Milliard.
Courtney sang “Every Little Thing” as her talent.
Courtney was escorted by her dad, Steven.
Ivy Davis

Ivy was named the fourth runner-up.
Ivy Davis was named the fourth runner-up for the Junior Pageant.
The daughter of Heather Maillett, Ivy danced to “Crazy in Love” as her talent.
Ivy’s escort was her brother, Mason Davis.
Dayna Collins

Dayna is the daughter of Cindy Collins and Dave Collins.

Jordan Canney

2011 Junior Miss Mars Hill Pageant on Saturday, April 9.
Jordan was named the second runner-up.

Noelle Bailey

Noelle was crowned the new 2011 Junior Miss.

Noelle sang “Orange Colored Sky” as her talent.

Karli Levesque
was named the third runner-up during the
2011 Junior Miss Mars Hill Pageant on April 9.
Karli Levesque was named the third runner-up for the Junior Pageant.
The daughter of Joe and Heidi Levesque,
Karli sang and played the piano to “I’m Gonna Write You a Love Song” as her talent.
Karli’s escort was her cousin, Kyle Lunn.
Brittany Baird
