The Aroostook County grand jury completed its third session of 2011 on May 6, handing down 54 indictments against 52 individuals.

“Of particular note, 17 cases directly involve drugs and/or alcohol as the basis of the criminal charge. While not directly involving illicit drugs, substances, and/or or alcohol abuses, many of the remaining cases involve substance abuse or other drug-seeking behavior,” said District Attorney Todd R. Collins.

Dyan M. Reeves, 34, Houlton: possession of scheduled drugs (two counts).

Robert Dunham, 26, Biddeford: operating after revocation; and leaving the scene.

Matthew J. Benn, 28, Bridgewater: operating after revocation; and violating condition of release.

Jason L. Tapley, 28, Houlton: operating after revocation.

Robert D. Nelson, 24, Orono: trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts).

Jennifer A. Beaulieu, 27, Hodgdon: theft; and operating after revocation.

Chester J. Scott, 21, Houlton: theft; and violating condition of release.

Erin Vincent, 23, Houlton: theft; and forgery.

Daniel T. Maccabee, 50, Madison, Wis.: terrorizing; and assault (three counts).
