BUBBLES — Kids practice making the perfect bubble with help from a volunteer at the Adopt-A-Block party. In addition to plenty of food and games, the event also gave away backpacks full of school supplies to 130 kids. More than 70 kids are still on a waiting list to receive a backpack.
