    HOULTON – The following cases were heard in the Superior Court in Houlton during the month of June.
    Ryan Bartlett, 35, Orient: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (three counts), $500 fine, three years in prison, all but one year suspended and two years’ probation (first), $500 fine and eight months in jail (second and third).
    David A. Boyington, 36, Danforth: probation violation, $300 fine, 180 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one year probation; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and seven months in jail; and operating under the influence, $500 fine, seven days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Ollie Caron, 50, Linneus: hindering apprehension or prosecution, $500 fine, 60 days in jail, all suspended and one year administrative release sentence; and theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed.
    Jamie Day, 21, Hodgdon: probation violation, probation revoked and no sentence imposed.
    Gregory V. Dujohn, 45, Woodstock, N.B.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed on $1,000 costs.
    Joshua E. Lake, 22, Sherman Station: theft by unauthorized use of property, 30 days in jail, all suspended, one year administrative release sentence and $1,139.44 restitution.
    Melinda N. McIver, 46, Littleton: probation violation, probation revoked and no sentence imposed.
    Kerry V. Perrin, 35, Sherman Mills: probation violation, two years in prison and probation revoked; failing to comply with sex offender registration act, first offense, 60 days in jail; and failing to provide correct name, address, date of birth, 30 days in jail.
    Jill R. Porter, 49, Ludlow: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Christopher Thivierge, 26, Van Buren: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $800 fine.
    Anthony M. Vangel, 21, Mars Hill: assault, $300 fine and three months in jail.
