Located at 52 Houlton Road, business is handled by Paterson and one other employee. Lynn Boucher, CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) handles payrolls. Lynn has 18 years of experience and has been certified for 11 years.
“Lynn provides our customers with superior customer service,” said Patterson. “She is quick to customize our process to meet the customer’s needs.”
Paterson credits his success to providing good customer service at reasonable rates, as well as being local.
“Customer service is our top priority. Good customer service is essential in a service business. Without it, you wouldn’t have customers. Our clients are valuable members of our communities and deserve the best customer service possible,” Paterson explained.
Paterson said offering guaranteed, full-service payroll processing has helped his business to continue to grow. He’s worked with many of his customers for years.
“I’ve been in business for myself for a number of years. I’ve worked in payroll and accounting for 18 years. Customer requests led me to consider expanding my accounting business to include more payroll services,” he said.
“Payroll is our primary focus, we want the businesses of Aroostook County to have a truly local payroll processor. It’s a matter of convenience.”
