BROWN — A boy, Chase Keegan Brown, born to Alisha Keegan and Chuck Brown of Presque Isle, on April 19, 2011. Maternal grandparents are C.K. and Donna Keegan of Presque Isle. Paternal grandparents are Bernard and Jean Brown of Presque Isle.
