THE PRESQUE ISLE Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) had a successful harvest supper/auction fundraiser Oct. 27 at Presque Isle High School.

The total raised from the auction and 50/50 drawing was $2,561. The FBLA wishes to thank the 26 businesses that donated to their auction and to Bert Winslow, auctioneer. Prior to the auction, FBLA officers posed with area business leaders. UP FOR BID — More than $2,500 was raised Oct. 27 for the Presque Isle Future Business Leaders of America as the Presque Isle High School chapter hosted a harvest supper/auction. The money will go toward the FBLA’s upcoming trip to New York City. Pictured with some of the auction items are, from left: Matt Sullivan, Clarissa Buck and Connor Shaw. The antique turtle held by Sullivan was made and donated by Judd Hemphill and went for $210, the highest priced auction item.
