The annual Southern Aroostook Soil and Water Conservation District’s calendar is now available. The 2012 calendar will feature images of agricultural landscape paintings of southern Aroostook by Littleton artist Frank Sullivan.
Sullivan has won numerous awards for his work, and his paintings and drawings hang in collections throughout the United States. He finds the agricultural landscape of the County inspirational to his work and the SASWCD is proud to feature some of those paintings in the calendar. Calendars are available at the USDA Service Center, 304 North St, Aroostook Milling and Sadie’s Bakery in Houlton. The calendars are $5 each.
