Justin L. Barry, 24, Houlton: cruelty to animals, $500 fine, 60 days in jail, all but five days suspended and one-year probation.
Micah D. Bartlett, 45, Orient: violating protective order, filed on $100 costs.
Heather Blue, 34, Sherman: operating under the influence, $700 fine, seven days in jail and 90-day license suspension; and driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Isaac A. Botting, 20, Island Falls: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
Ralph Boyington, 37, Houlton: burglary, dismissed; assault, $300 fine; and criminal trespass, 120 days in jail, all suspended and one-year probation.
Joshua J. Branscombe, 21, Oakfield: terrorizing, dismissed; and domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 180 days in jail, all but five days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.

Darlene Brown, 25, Houlton: violating condition of release, dismissed; and forgery, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
Nathan J. Case, 33, Mars Hill: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Bryan Clark, 23, Monticello: violating protective order, filed on $100 costs.
Charles Edward Clark, Sr., 48, Littleton: violating protective order, $600 fine.
Matthew Davis, 31, Houlton: violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass, dismissed (each); OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; unlawful possession of gift deer, unlawful possession of gift moose (two counts), dismissed (each).
Christie Dobbins, 46, Houlton: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
Jasmine E. Donovan, 19, Houlton: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, filed on $300 costs.
Michael Folsom, 34, Presque Isle: probation violation, no sentence imposed.
Danielle M. Griffin, 37, Canaan: cultivating marijuana, $400 fine.
Otis Henderson, 43, Houlton: OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, four years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension; failing to stop for an officer, 30 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $700 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Landon L. Larsen, 31, Presque Isle: failing to report, $500 fine and 90 days in prison.
Christopher M. Lezotte, 20, Houlton: failing to stop for officer, unconditional discharge; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; and driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Thomas Lowrey, 31, Houlton: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and operating vehicle without license, dismissed (each); and theft by unauthorized use of property, $500 fine and $348.26 restitution.
Daniel Thomas MacCabee, 51, Madison, Wis.: assault (three counts), $300 fine and 60 days in jail (first, third), dismissed (second); and terrorizing, 10 months in prison.
Arlene M. McCrary, 23, Linneus: operating after license suspension, filed on $250 costs.
Travis J. McNinch, 28, Houlton: burglary of a motor vehicle, 120 days in jail, all but 20 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence; violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 20 days in jail (each).

Gerard Thomas Reynolds, 64, Westwood, Mass.: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; unlawful possession of oxycodone and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed (each).
Trevor A. Robichaud, 37, Mars Hill: unlawful possession of scheduled drug and refusing to sign criminal summons, dismissed (each).
Chester J. Scott, 22, Littleton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison, all but one year suspended and three years’ probation; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 364 days in prison; violating condition of release (two counts), six months in jail (each); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), one year in prison (first), six months in jail (second).

Brent W. St. Peter, 27, West Enfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and seven months in jail; violating condition of release, seven days in jail; and OUI, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Troy Stackhouse, 33, Monticello: domestic violence assault, priors, 30 months in prison, all but five months suspended and two years’ probation; violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (first), five months in jail (second); and violating protective order, 30 days in jail.
Jason L. Tapley, 29, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, $1,000 fine and two years in prison.

Scott R. Totten, 26, Hodgdon: assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 30 months in prison, all but 70 days suspended and two years’ probation; criminal mischief and violating condition of release (three counts), 30 days in jail (each).
Stephen L. Voisine, Jr., 29, Wytopitlock: burglary (three counts), 120 days in jail (first, second) and four years in prison, all but 120 days suspended, three years’ probation and $250 restitution (third); criminal mischief, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (four counts), 30 days in jail (first, second, third), nine months one day in prison (fourth); and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Daniel P. Wallace, 30, Hodgdon: violating privacy, $400 fine; and violating protective order from harassment, dismissed.
Jeffrey A. Webb, 34, Houlton: aggravated assault, four year in prison, all but 12 months suspended and three years’ probation; and criminal mischief, six months in jail.
