Research tools available at Historical Center

CARIBOU — Officials with the Caribou Historical Center and Museum are reminding members of the community that the center is available for research on the history of Caribou and its early citizens. Available research tools include obituaries, genealogical information, some family histories as well as old photographs of early through mid 20th century citizens. “Stop by,” encouraged Museum supporter Dennis Harris, “you may be surprised at what you find.” The Caribou Historical Center and Museum is located at 1033 Presque Isle Road and is open on Saturdays from noon until 4 p.m.
