Good neighbors
To the editor:
I have been waking up in the mornings and looking out at an eyesore for quite a long period of time.
Yesterday (May 2nd) I heard noise coming from a chainsaw. I later learned that Stewart Beattie was the one with the chainsaw. Stewart was sawing up and cleaning up dead branches and parts of a tree that has been lying behind Rite Aid along Epworth Street way too long.
Thank you to Stewart for cleaning up the mess and thank you to Tony Sullivan for hauling away the wood. What a great project to see done early in the spring. Thanks again Stewart it looks great out my bedroom window once again.
It is wonderful to have considerate citizens in our fair city that we can proudly call neighbors.
